Carrot, orange and mango smoothie
Ingredients (4 portions):
- 2 oranges (approx. 400 g)
- 2 medium-sized carrots (110 g)
- 1 mango (approx. 250 g)
- 1 glass (approx. 200 ml) of orange juice
- 4 scoops of beauty and sport collagen
Preparation:
Peel the carrot, orange and mango and cut into several pieces. Pour in the orange juice, add the collagen and blend - either with a hand blender or a cup blender.

Spinach, parsley, kiwi and pistachio smoothie with collagen
Ingredients (4 portions):
- 4 handfuls of spinach (approx. 100 g)
- 2 kiwis (150 g)
- 1 banana (approx. 120 g)
- 1 bunch parsley (approx. 20g)
- 1 cup (approx. 200 ml) vegetable drink, e.g. almond drink
- 4 tbsp peeled pistachios (approx. 40g)
- 4 scoops beauty and sport collagen
Preparation:
Peel the banana and kiwi and then cut into several pieces. Pour in the vegetable drink, add the chopped parsley, spinach, collagen and pistachios and blend using a hand or cup blender.

Spinach salad with cucumber, feta and pomegranate with honey, mustard and lemon dressing with collagen
Ingredients (4 portions):
- 4 handfuls of spinach (approx. 100 g)
- 1 cucumber (approx. 180 g)
- 1 pomegranate (approx. 200 g)
- 1 cube of Greek feta (approx. 200 g)
- 1 tbsp French mustard (approx. 15 g)
- 1 tbsp honey (approx. 25 g)
- 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (approx. 80 g)
- 1 lemon
- 4 scoops beauty and sport collagen
Preparation:
Rinse the spinach and transfer to a plate. Wash the cucumber and cut into slices. Peel the pomegranate and remove the skin. Dice the feta - some of it can be burnt with a gas burner - this will give the cheese a more smoky flavour.
Grate the lemon skinand squeeze the juice from the lemon. Combine the rind and lemon juice with the honey and mustard and, stirring with a wand, add the olive oil in a thin stream while continuing to stir. Add the collagen at the very end.
