Method of use

Swallow your capsule with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule either with a meal, or immediately after.

Ingredients

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol.
