Method of use

Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We suggest to take one capsule at once, three times a day. Best taken with or after a meal.

Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seeds oil, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), D-alpha-tocopherol, retinyl palmitate.
