1 capsule in the morning, after a meal.

Method of use

Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We suggest taking one capsule, either with a meal, or immediately after.

Ingredients

L-ascorbic acid, inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), nicotinamide, zinc citrate, grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract, tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) fruit extract standardised for lycopene, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, D-pantothenate calcium, sodium selenite, sodium borate, retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, marigold (Tagetes erecta) flower extracts standardised for lutein and zeaxanthin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, cupric citrate, manganese citrate, black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract, calcium-L-methylfolate, D-biotin, chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate (molybdenum (VI)), methylcobalamin.
