Swallow the capsule with a glass of water.

Ingredients

Liposovit®-Mg (magnesium citrate, maltodextrin, carrier: glycerol, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin phospholipids), shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), inulin.
