Method of use

Swallow your capsule with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule either with a meal, or immediately after.

Ingredients

Inulin, OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, natural vanilla flavouring), shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), cupric citrate.
