Glutathione is a compound naturally occurring in animal and plant organisms, composed of three amino acid residues: glutamic acid, cysteine, and glycine. In food supplements, it is used in the form of L-glutathione (GSH), which represents its active, reduced form.


Our food supplement contains Liposovit®-Glutathione liposomal glutathione, which is gentle on a sensitive digestive tract. The dry liposomal technology used allows for efficient absorption, high bioavailability, and a high concentration of its reduced form. A daily dose of 2 capsules provides a total of 500 mg of glutathione in its active, reduced form.


Glutathione is widely present in nature and performs various functions within the cells of plant and animal organisms. In food, it can be found in products such as avocados, broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, garlic, and onions. In the human body, glutathione occurs most abundantly in the liver.


We recommend taking 2 capsules daily, after a meal, with water. The product is available in two packaging variants: 60 capsules (30-day supply) and 120 capsules (60-day supply of regular supplementation).
