Food supplement in powder form containing inositol (myo-inositol), also known as vitamin B8, that is found in high concentrations in the brain and is involved in many biochemical processes in the body. Myo-inositol is the most common form of inositol and plays the largest role among other forms, being a hormone messenger precursor.
½ scoops (1 g) daily.
Dissolve ½ scoop of powder in 200 ml of water or drink. We suggest taking with a meal or immediately after.
