1 capsule two times a day, before a meal.
Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We suggest to take one capsule at once, two times a day. Best taken 30 minutes before a meal.
MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) containing 90% of caprylic acid, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water).
