Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. As with other food supplements, seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision, pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from food allergies.The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 grams of EPA and DHA combined. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of young children. Refrigerate and use within 3 months after opening.
