Our Multivitamin with Yerba Mate supplement provides some of the most essential nutrients the body needs to stay healthy. These include niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and iron. All of them contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.


To further combat fatigue, the formula includes standardised plant extracts: ginseng (Panax ginseng), ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), and yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis), along with caffeine. For improved bioavailability, the supplement also contains BioPerine® – a black pepper extract.


Each capsule delivers 23 carefully selected ingredients, most of which provide 100% of the daily requirement. This makes it a valuable support for essential vitamins and minerals intake and for maintaining energy levels.

Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We suggest taking one capsule, either with a meal, or immediately after.
