Food supplement in the form of hard capsules containing inositol (myo-inositol), also known as vitamin B8, that is found in high concentrations in the brain and is involved in many biochemical processes in the body. Myo-inositol is the most common form of inositol and plays the largest role among other forms, being a hormone messenger precursor.

Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We suggest taking one capsule a day. Best taken after a meal.
