Himalayan shilajit is a treasure trove of organic acids, elements and substances with beneficial qualities. It is light brown or blackish brown in colour, resembling tar, is native to Asia and has been known for over 4,000 years.

Our food supplement Himalayan Shilajit, also known as mumio, is extracted naturally from organic matter found in the Karakorum and Zanskar mountain ranges. It is a natural resin (500 mg) that has been used in Ayurveda for centuries and contains a high content of fulvic acids (40-60 %) and humic acids (6-18 %).

Mumio, known and used in folk tradition for hundreds of years, has been used for its wide range of applications due to its rich content of natural active compounds. Mumio contains, among others, fulvic acid and humic acid, which are valuable components of the product. In addition, mumio is rich in iron and amino acids, and is a source of sterols and triterpenes.

The Himalayan shilajit used in our supplement comes from the hard-to-reach mountainous areas of India. It is made from organic and inorganic matter in a naturally occurring process over centuries, and is harvested entirely by hand according to traditional methods passed down from generation to generation.

The recommended daily serving of the product is 500 mg, which you can easily measure with the included convenient stick. Depending on your needs, the supplement is available in 25g and 50g packs.

Dissolve 250 mg (marking corresponding to 0,25 g on the included stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Take twice a day.
