The product contains Aquamin Mg™, which is a bioactive source of magnesium and over 70 trace elements obtained from the waters of the Irish Sea.

Method of use

Dissolve 1 scoop of powder in 200 ml of water or drink. We suggest taking with a meal or immediately after.
