Method of use

Swallow your capsules with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule in the morning.

Ingredients

Inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), choline bitartrate, calcium D-pantothenate, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, inositol, rice fiber, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium-L-methylofolate, methylcobalamin, D-biotin.
