Chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
40 g of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of sugar
150 ml chilled double cream
2 scoops Collagen Hair, Skin and Nails

*Choose between

Tip: chill the cream well before whipping.

Method:
Over a medium heat, add a pan with water, place a heatproof bowl on top of the pan so that it fits snuggly but doesn't touch the water. Lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Break the chocolate up, add to the bowl, then melt, stirring regularly. Take off the heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, whip the cream and sugar until stiff.
Gently fold the cream mix with the cooled melted chocolate and collagen.
Put them in small bowls or glasses and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. Can be served, for example, with strawberries or raspberries.
